In California, Immaculate Heart’s Danielle Dosch wins the Loyola Invitational, beating Chaminade’s Ronak Ahuja in finals on a 3-0 (Scoggin, LeBarillec, Phillips). Danielle was the top speaker and top seed, triple-crowning the tournament. Loyola is a quarterfinals bid tournament in LD.
In Texas, Greenhill’s Shruthi Krishnan wins the Grapevine Classic, beating Westwood’s Rohith Mandavalli on a 2-1 (Berdugo, Zhou, *Telfer). Grapevine is a quarters bid tournament.
In New York, Success Academy’s Sekou Cisse wins both the Byram Hills Invitational and the Byram Hills Round Robin, beating Newark Science’s Brianna Aaron in the Invitational (Reed, Antigua, Borges) and Harrison’s Carl Spana in the Round Robin (Rashed, Antigua, Frieden, Hafiz, Staunton). Sekou was also the top speaker and top seed of the tournament.
